Q. When will my order arrive?

A. For USA & Canada, Europe orders, shipping usually takes 10-20 business days to reach most destinations. 

For international orders, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery (to be safe) due to longer distances, delays with local couriers, and processing delays at local customs offices.

Q. How can I track my order?

Tracking IDs are provided by email within 5 days of placing an order and usually take 5-10 days to be activated by the courier.

 

Q. How can I change my delivery address?

A. As long as you contact us immediately after placing your order (usually within 1/2 hour) and include your correct shipping address and order number, we are more than happy to change it for you.

 

If your package has already shipped out by the time you contact us, we unfortunately will not be able to update your address.

 

Q. How can I change my billing address?

A. We are not able to update your billing address after your order is submitted. All billing details are considered final in order to prevent payments fraud and related issues. 

Q. What payment methods do you accept? Do you accept cash on delivery?

A. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Apple Pay as payment methods.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) as a payment method at this time.

Q. My product arrived damaged or broken?

A. We are able to replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact usand we will address any issues on a case-by-case basis. See our Return Policy for more details. 

Q. Where are you shipping from?

A. As an international company, we currently ship from several partner fulfillment centers in Asia. As a result, we are able to keep our costs low and pass along much of the savings to you.

Q. Can I get a refund? What is your returns policy?

A. Notice that F.I.N.E can only accept product returned only if it is in the same shape as received. F.I.N.E will not accept return if the cellophane is open Please carefully review items before you order.

- Please note that we do not accept return or exchange requests due to customer preference, such as "It is not what I expected", "I don't need it anymore", "It looks different from the image on the screen", or "The size is not what I expected".

- A claim such as "The color looks different from what I saw on the screen" largely depends on the computer monitor that customers are using. Therefore, please note that such claims are categorized as a request due to customer preference and we cannot accept any return or exchange requests associated with such claims.

- Please carefully check product details listed on our website so that cases as above can be avoided.

Q. Will my data be used by other third parties?

A. We will keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the following purposes or for as long as we are required by law. After this your personal data will be deleted. 

Q. How safe is it to place an order on your site? Will you have access to my bank details?

A. Your card details are secure. Payments are processed through our hosting and store provider (Shopify) which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

F.I.N.E.Global itself does not have access to your card details. Your payment is processed through Shopify (supported by Stripe) and is later remitted to ourselves.

If you have a question which isn't answered here, please contact us. We normally respond within 1-2 business days.

Q. Will I Need to Pay Customs, Duties or Tax Fees ?

A. Applicable customs, import duties, and tax may be charged after the parcel arrives in its destination country or region. These charges must be paid separately by the customer.
